Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, CO
The skeleton of a juniper tree is my excuse to chose this photo for #ThickTrunkTuesday This canyon is remarkably difficult to photograph as it's so narrow and deep. A close look may show you a bit of the Gunnison River at the bottom, it appears sort of a dirty tan.
